Acceptable-use policy

This Wi-Fi service is provided for lawful personal, business, study and communication use. By connecting, buying a plan, redeeming a voucher, or adding a device, you agree to use the service responsibly and to follow this policy.

Responsible use

You must not use the network to break the law, harass or threaten anyone, distribute malware, send spam, run scams, attack or scan systems without permission, access content or services unlawfully, infringe intellectual-property rights, or interfere with other customers, access points, controllers, payment systems or internet infrastructure.

Plans, devices and fair access

Packages may include time, data, speed, device and sharing limits. Shared-device packages use one combined data pool across linked devices. The system may slow, block, disconnect or return a device to the captive portal when the purchased allowance expires, is fully used, is refunded, is reversed, or is otherwise invalid.

Security controls

The operator may apply device isolation, rate limits, abuse blocking, malware and intrusion controls, voucher anti-reuse checks, payment verification, controller-based disconnects, and other safeguards needed to protect customers and the network. Security reports are reviewed as evidence and do not automatically prove wrongdoing.

Availability and support

Wireless service can be affected by power, weather, interference, device settings, upstream providers, maintenance, payment-provider delays and controller availability. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, access is provided on a best-effort basis.

Enforcement

For misuse, fraud, non-payment, charge reversal, refund approval, expired entitlement, security risk, or breach of this policy, the operator may suspend access, disconnect devices, block a device identifier, preserve relevant logs, refuse future access, or cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Changes

The operator may update this policy from time to time. The policy displayed during connection is the version that applies to the access session unless applicable law requires otherwise.
